Swift Dispatch: Your fashion journey begins promptly. We strive to dispatch all orders worldwide within 24 hours on weekdays. Benefit from our seamless shipping process facilitated by trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Real-time Tracking: Stay in control of your order with real-time tracking information. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and comprehensive tracking details. Track your package online and anticipate its arrival within 1-3 business days in most cases.
Shipping Cost for Oceania: For our valued customers in Oceania Continent, enjoy a flat shipping cost of €29. However, for orders surpassing €299, shipping is on us – absolutely FREE!

RETURNS
At BrandsVice, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s how we ensure a hassle-free returns process:

14-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Whether you’ve changed your mind or encountered an issue, we’ve got you covered.

Defective or Wrong Products: In the rare instance of receiving a defective or incorrect product, we take full responsibility. Rest assured, we cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Customer-Initiated Returns / Not acceptance: For all other return scenarios, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Just a quick heads up! For returns originating from an EU country, the return label is set at 35 euros, while for returns from non-EU countries, it stands at 65 euros. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping to Designated Warehouses: To streamline the return process, returns should be shipped exclusively to the warehouse designated by DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. Contact us for guidance on the correct return destination.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (within 1-2 business days). The return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount in case of a customer-initiated return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first get in contact with your bank or your credit card company, because it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
