We offer a worldwide FREE shipping for all orders over €199** no matter the size or weight of the package. For orders under €199 we offer a flat rate shipping of €14** no matter the size or weight of the package.
We ship to you worldwide within 24 hours (weekdays) using FedEx, DHL or UPS.
After your order is completed, an email will be sent to you, including a tracking number and the tracking information. So as to have the opportunity to track the order online, and you will receive it in the most cases, between 1-3 business days.

RETURNS
We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. If a defective or wrong product is sent to the customer, we take full responsibility and cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is charged for the shipments. Please contact us in order to arrange the return. Returns should only be shipped to the warehouse that you’ll be advised by DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
